The guides
What does Karsebe sell?
Digital educational eBooks about baking bread at home — from a first simple loaf to sourdough and a full year of bakes. We do not sell printed books, ingredients, equipment or subscriptions.
Which guide should I start with?
Choose by your experience. The First Loaf is for complete beginners and covers simple yeasted bread. The Sourdough Kitchen is for bakers ready to make a starter and bake sourdough. The Home Bakery Year is a 52-week plan of breads, enriched doughs and seasonal bakes, and suits people who can already bake a basic loaf.
Do I need to read them in order?
No. Each guide stands on its own. They are designed to build on one another, but you can begin with whichever matches your space and experience.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Every guide is written for an ordinary home oven. The first needs only a bowl, a baking tray and basic kitchen tools; anything optional is clearly marked.
Will it work with my flour and oven?
The guidance is written for ordinary home ovens and widely available flour, and it explains the reasoning behind each step so you can adjust to your own kitchen. Room temperature, flour and ovens vary, and so do results.
Is this professional advice?
No. The guides are general educational and informational material about home baking. They are not individual, professional, medical, dietary or nutritional advice, and no particular outcome is guaranteed. Always check ingredient labels for allergens.
Ordering and delivery
Is anything shipped to me?
No. All Karsebe products are digital. No physical goods are shipped, and you will not be asked to pay for postage.
How do I receive my eBook?
Your eBook is delivered electronically after purchase. Please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is correct, as it is used for your order.
I have paid but cannot find my download. What should I do?
First check your spam or junk folder for messages about your order. If you still cannot find it, email help@karsebestore.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout, and we will help.
Can I share my eBook with other people?
Each purchase is for your own personal use. Please do not redistribute, resell or publish the files.

Payment is taken through Shopify’s secure checkout. The payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.
What will appear on my bank or card statement?
Purchases appear as KARSEBESTORE. The seller is KARSEB LTD.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds for digital products are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please read it before you order.
